Shipping Policy

Blue Lux ships sealed trading-card products from our facility in Shalimar, Florida. We ship to the contiguous 48 United States and select international destinations.

Free shipping & processing

  • Free standard shipping on all orders within the contiguous 48 United States.
  • Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST Monday – Friday are typically processed and handed to the carrier the same business day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST, on weekends, or on federal US holidays begin processing the next business day.
  • You will receive an email with your tracking number as soon as the carrier scans your shipment.

Estimates do not include the 1 – 2 business day handling window described above. Delivery times can vary due to carrier capacity, weather, customs, or other factors outside of our control.

Order tracking

Once your order ships, we email a tracking number that becomes active within 24 hours. If your tracking has not updated for more than 5 business days, contact us at info@blueluxmagic.com and we will investigate with the carrier.

Lost or stolen packages

If a tracking number shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, please:

  1. Check with neighbors and household members.
  2. Look around the porch, garage, side yard, and any covered drop spots.
  3. Wait 24 hours — carriers occasionally mark packages "Delivered" before the actual drop.
  4. If still missing, contact us within 5 days of the marked delivery date at info@blueluxmagic.com and we will open a carrier investigation on your behalf.

International orders

International customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by the destination country. These are not included in our shipping rates and are collected by the carrier on delivery.

Address changes

We can change a shipping address only before the order ships. Once the carrier has the package, we cannot reroute it. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to update an address: info@blueluxmagic.com.
