Refund and Return policy

Every Blue Lux order is backed by our 30-day return window and a no-fuss damage policy. Read this in full before placing your order so there are no surprises.

30-day return window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible:

  • The item must be unopened and in its original sealed condition. Sealed booster boxes, packs, bundles, and decks must remain factory-sealed.
  • You must have proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
  • You must contact us at info@blueluxmagic.com for a Return Authorization (RA) number before shipping anything back.

Items that cannot be returned

  • Opened, broken-seal, or used products.
  • Single cards or singles cut from a sealed product.
  • Items missing original packaging or accessories.
  • Sale or clearance items, unless they arrived damaged or defective.
  • Returns requested more than 30 days after delivery.

Damaged, defective, or wrong item

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or contains the wrong item:

  1. Email info@blueluxmagic.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the damage / packaging.
  2. We will send you a prepaid return label at no cost.
  3. Choose your preferred resolution: full refund or free replacement (subject to availability).

Claims submitted more than 7 days after delivery may not be eligible. Please inspect your order promptly.

Change-of-mind returns

Original outbound shipping costs are non-refundable on change-of-mind returns. Items must be returned unopened and in original sellable condition.

How to start a return

  1. Email us at info@blueluxmagic.com with your order number and reason for return. Do not ship anything back without prior approval.
  2. Receive your RA. We review your request and, if approved, send you a Return Authorization number and the return address within 1 – 2 business days.
  3. Pack securely. Use the original packaging where possible. Write your RA number clearly on the outside of every box. Items sent without an RA may be refused.
  4. Ship with tracking. Use a trackable, insured shipping method. You are responsible for the package until we confirm receipt.
  5. Inspection. Once received, we inspect the return within 3 – 5 business days and notify you of the outcome by email.

Refund timeline

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days of inspection. After we issue the refund, your bank or card issuer may take an additional 3 – 7 business days to post it to your account. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at info@blueluxmagic.com.

Cancellations

You can cancel an order free of charge any time before it ships. After dispatch, our standard return policy applies. Email info@blueluxmagic.com as soon as possible to stop a shipment.
